Practitioner

Lydia Sullivan

Lydia grew up in South West London and moved to the Netherlands in 2020 to start her Acupuncture and Chinese medicine studies at Shenzhou Open University.

In clinic Lydia works with all health conditions but has a special interest in issues of the abdomen, including digestive problems and menstrual cycle disharmony. Lydia’s passion to nourish and support clients stems from her own personal health journey that governed most of her 20’s. From over 10 years of healing she found her interest in holistic medicine. and now uses this knowledge to support and empower her clients.

This approach to healing consistently proves it’s worth to Lydia and in the past three years she has gone into remission of her UC, with no symptoms and no medication. This was a combination of acupuncture, nervous system regulation and naturopathic support. Lydia uses this multi-system approach when working with clients; creating a health plan that gives actionable tools to support healing alongside acupuncture sessions.

In her classes, in person and online Lydia focuses on regulating the nervous system and teaching how to shift into a parasympathetic state. Lydia shares tools within her healing practices of needles, yoga and rest. Explore Lydia’s classes for digestive issues, which have been hugely helpful for Lydia.

On the Bucket List

  • Hiking is my happy place, especially if followed by a swim in a lake or the sea! In 2014 I climbed Kilimanjaro and it was the best and worst thing i’ve ever done. So my next hiking adventures all have slightly lower altitudes.
