Working with acupuncture, cupping, moxa, pranayama and yoga to support your journey into better health, allowing for more energy, and better vitality.

Our practitioner Lydia struggled with her own health throughout her 20’s and has spent the past decade exploring and implementing tools to bring her autoimmune condition into remission. Lydia shares these tools of regulating your nervous system, harmonising your cycle, supporting digestive issues and boosting your immunity in her yoga classes and with her 1-1 clients.

Her heartfelt offerings are motivated by a desire to empower you to take an active role in your health journey and to start trusting your body.
